ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 recertification

The goal of TTC TELSYS, a.s. is to continuously improve and raise the level of products and services provided to all customers. In April 2019, the ICT Services Division successfully passed the recertification audit according to ISO/IEC 20 000-1 “IT Service Management” and ISO/IEC 27 001 “Information Security Management System”. These two standards confirm that we manage our processes properly and that the TouchGuard service has guaranteed parameters. The certification audit was carried out by Bureau Veritas, a recognised international authority.
