Using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), it is possible to set up an automated system that will monitor the performance of your employees on the shop floor. With the help of KPIs you will be able to monitor and evaluate whether, within a time period defined by you, the required repetition of specific events has occurred. With the KPI function, you can monitor and keep track of, for example, whether workers have performed the required number of errands or inspections during a shift. Whether they exceeded the allowed number of errand errors per week, or whether they exceeded the number of incidents reported via forms in a given month. There are over seventy types of incidents that can be monitored in the system. The KPI function can also be set up to monitor a regular cycle of mandatory inspections by itself, which is restarted (re-run) just by meeting the selected event.
