What Alfons can do
- He answers your questions about TOUCHGUARD – from app installation and patrol setup to working with forms.
- He draws from our official documentation – manuals and website content. He doesn't guess; when he knows something, he will directly provide a link to the manual or page where you can find details.
- He can also advise on app versions – for example, which version a specific feature is available from.
- He speaks your language – Czech, Slovak, German, Bulgarian, Italian, and English.
- He is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – even in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays.
How to talk to Alfons
It's simple – just click on Alfons in the corner of the screen and type your question in your own words, as if you were writing to a colleague. Here are a few tips to get the best response:
- Be specific. Instead of "the app isn't working," try something like "how do I log a new worker into the mobile app."
- Feel free to ask follow-up questions. Alfons remembers the context of the conversation, so you can follow up with further questions.
- If you're stuck, he will redirect you to human support, or you can leave your contact details and we will get back to you.
