How it works
The visitor log in TOUCHGUARD helps to clearly record the arrivals and departures of visitors, the people visited and the work with visitor cards. The solution is suitable for office buildings, production areas, warehouses, logistics centres and other facilities where it is important to combine security, visibility and smooth entry into the building.
Records can be made via the web interface on a computer as well as via a mobile terminal or tablet. This makes it possible to adapt the check-in method to the specific location and operational setup. The mobile interface allows for integration with Digital Forms, enabling individual settings for each facility according to its needs and requirements.

Digital forms as part of the record keeping
Visitor records can be linked to digital forms so that access records can be tailored to each facility. There can be multiple forms and they can be selected according to the type of visit, the nature of the operation or the specific entry process.
Forms can be associated with both entry and exit. In practice, this allows, for example, instructions on the rules of movement, OSH, receipts for tools, affidavits or other certificates to be included in the visit.

ID card and passport reader
An ID card and passport reader can also be part of the solution to help speed up data entry when visitors arrive. The reader is wireless via Bluetooth and works with tablets and phones, so it can be used in mobile environments.
Documents are not photographed. Only data from the MRZ code on the back of the document is used for processing. The parameters read from the documents can be configured in detail according to the needs of the specific organisation and the recording method.

We are preparing for you
As an additional function of the visitor registration, we are also preparing the registration of visits. Pre-registered persons or companies will be available to the reception or security before their arrival and registered visits will be limited to a specific date and time.
