Tasks

No problem goes unaddressed and no problem is lost in communication. The Tasks feature allows you to create and enter tasks through the system directly into the mobile app. Tasks can be addressed to a specific employee (user), mobile terminal, checkpoints or errand and specify how the task is to be completed in the system. The system allows you to create templates for the type of task that is repeated. Creating a new task from such a defined template is then literally a few mouse clicks away.

By state (selection of the so-called end state)
By filling out a form (any form can be created and assigned)
Events (more than 70 types of events in the system, possibility to define conditions)

Types of tasks

One-time - disappears after fulfillment
Repeated - after completion, it will be displayed again after a certain time
Scheduled - appears at a fixed time
